Life Membership of The College of Family Physicians of Canada

CFPC Convocation Ceremony

Life Membership is awarded to those who have reached the age of seventy (70) or greater and have been CFPC members in good standing for at least ten (10) continuous years immediately prior to the date of nomination.

Life Membership is presented at the CFPC’s Convocation Ceremony, held during Family Medicine Forum (FMF) 2018, November 14 to 17, in Toronto.

Invitations will be sent in July to those receiving Life Membership.

Upon receiving this honour, members will be entitled to append the letters (LM) (Life Member) to their name following the Convocation and Awards Ceremony.
